Information we receive

The browser demo runs on your device. Its controls, score and game state stay in browser memory. It does not send gameplay results to Small Meridian, create a player account or save your progress between visits.

Your browser requests the pages and files needed to display the website. The service serving those files receives connection information, including your IP address and request details. This is separate from gameplay data.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any information you choose to include. Please send only what we need to answer your request.

How we use information

We use messages to answer questions, handle support or business inquiries, and respond to privacy requests. Information needed to deliver and protect the website may also be used for those purposes or to meet legal obligations.

The website has no mailing-list registration, advertising trackers or analytics integration. Fonts are served with the website. The demo does not use cookies or browser storage to remember players.

Service providers and other websites

Hosting and email services are involved in delivering the website and handling correspondence. Their processing depends on the services we use. We disclose information only to providers who need it for those purposes, with your consent, or when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.

If you follow a link to a game store, social network or another website, that service has its own privacy policy. This policy does not describe how those services handle your account, payments or activity.

Security and retention

Access to personal information is limited to the people and providers who need it for the purposes described here. We use safeguards appropriate to the information involved, but cannot promise that every transmission or storage system will be completely secure.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to handle the purpose for which it was received, meet legal requirements or resolve a dispute. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, subject to those requirements.

Children and the demo

Playing the browser demo does not require a name, email address or player account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us. We will review the request and remove the information where required by law.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you and request access or correction. You can also request deletion or withdraw consent where applicable law allows. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns you.
